Rose Tan is the Health Educator/Research Assistant at the Chinese Community Health Resource Center. She is a bilingual registered dietitian with research interests in chronic disease prevention, nutrition, and public health issues in underserved communities. Rose received her Bachelor of Science degrees in Clinical Nutrition and Psychology from the University of California, Davis.
