Mai Nhi Nguyen is currently a 4th-year undergraduate student at San Jose State University while obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health, Concentration in Community Health Education (CHE). She was raised in San Jose and identifies as a Vietnamese American. Growing up, she has been heavily involved in the Vietnamese community through church organizations, volunteer events, leadership classes, etc. Her interest in the field of study includes direct patient care, health promotions and prevention especially focusing in the marginalized communities.
