Dr. JiWon Choi is Assistant Professor of Nursing at the University of California, San Francisco. Dr. Choi’s research focuses on physical activity promotion in vulnerable populations including Asian American family caregivers, Korean immigrant women, women with young children, and pregnant women. In collaboration with Korean Schools of Northern California, Dr. Choi is currently testing a community-based intervention delivered by lay health educators to increase the uptake of COVID-19 testing among Korean American families.
