Feng Ming Li is a staff research associate in the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences at the University of California, San Francisco and a second-year medical student at Kansas City University. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2019 with a B.S. in Biology and a minor in Asian languages. Feng Ming was a research intern for the COVID-INFORMED and Patient COUNTS projects with the Asian American Research Center on Health (ARCH). Her research interests include reducing health disparities and promoting wellness in marginalized communities. In the future, she hopes to become a physician who can practice medicine in a culturally competent manner to improve the overall health outcomes of underserved communities.
