Edgar Yu is the Research Coordinator for the INFORMED Project at the University of California, San Francisco. Edgar was born in San Francisco and grew up in its Chinatown and North Beach neighborhoods. He then completed his undergraduate studies at the University of California, Davis in Psychology and Pharmaceutical Chemistry. Edgar now continues his work with Dr. Janice Tsoh and many other collaborators in their work on smoking cessation and Asian American health.
